All rental listings will include contact information such as an email address or phone number. You'll be able to contact the property owner or agent directly to get answers to your specific questions.

2. How do I rent a property from your website?

You should contact the owner or agent directly and ask them about availability, rates and any other special needs that you may have. You should try and book as early as possible to make sure you get the dates and property you want.

3. Are there any extra costs?

There are no costs to use this site. Also, the owner doesn't pay us any extra fees if you contact them from this site, so feel free to let them know you found their home at BestRentalsHawaii.com. Some common fees to ask the owner about are; cleaning fees, taxes, parking, and security deposits.

2. What is the minimum property info needed to start my listing?

We can get your listing started with a minimum amount of information. Keep in mind that the more information you provide, the better chance you have to rent your home. It's super simple to get started. Give us the property address, number of bedrooms, maximum occupancy, contact info and rate. Then when you have more time you can give us more information to add to your listing.

3. How do I place an ad for my rental home?

Go to the Letter to Owners form and include your information. If you have your own website or a listing on another website, just give us the web address and we will create your listing for you.

4. How long will it take for my ad to appear on BestRentalsHawaii.com?

Our goal is to get your rental home listed with 48 hours. Once we get your ad listed, we will email you so that you know it's online an can proof it for accuracy.

5. What type of photos should I submit?

Photos are an important part of your ad. We can list your rental without photos, but most people want to see photos of the home they are considering. You can submit your photos in .jpg or .gif format and the file size should be 50k or less. If you need help, send us what you have and we can reduce the file size for you. If you want to mail us pictures, we will try to scan them for you at no additional cost.

6. How can I change my listing?

Please email us any changes. We will happily make the revisions to your ad and then email you a confirmation once those chnages have been made.

7. How do I cancel my listing?

Just email us your request and we will remove and stop any future billings for your vacation rental listing.
