3. BRH, at its sole discretion, reserves the right, without refund, to reject, edit or remove in part or in whole, any information or media in any property listing. The property owner or their authorized agent may cancel their rental listing at any time. Except as provided for in the money back guarantee period, no refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for cancellation by owner.
